This Aluminum Epoxy Stick is a hand-mixable, non rusting, aluminum reinforced, epoxy putty that mixes in just one minute to repair aluminum easliy and efficiently. It comes in a "tootsie-roll" form with the curing agent encapsulated in the contrasting color base material. The putty-like consistency eliminates drips and runs, providing "no mess" applications with no tools required for use.
Slice off needed amount and remove wrapper. Mix in your hands until it is one consistent color. Add masking tape to finished area next to repair for protection. Apply small amounts epoxy mixture to repair area, slowly building the needed shape. Allow to set for a few minutes to harden. Sand until desired leveling and shape has been met. Shave any excess with a razor blade and gently sand. Work time is 5-7 minutes.
