Plastic Epoxy Stick

Two Component Epoxy Sticks are a hand mixable, fast setting epoxy putty that bonds to all major plastics except for polyolefins. It has the consistency of modeling clay and can be molded into shapes, wrapped around or used to build up and repair just about anything made from rigid or semi-flexible plastics. After mixing, the color of the putty fades to white. Work time is 20-25 minutes and full cure time is 2-3 hours.
Slice off needed amount and remove wrapper. Mix in your hands until it is one consistent color. Add masking tape to finished area next to repair for protection. Apply small amounts epoxy mixture to repair area, slowly building the needed shape. Allow to set for a few minutes to harden. Sand until desired leveling and shape has been met. Shave any excess with a razor blade and gently sand. Work time is 20-25 minutes and full cure time is 2-3 hours.
